Grant Rayner is a licensed building practitioner specialising in architectural design & documentation. Grant has over 25 years experience with large reputable multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering practices working along side some of the best Architects & Technicians in the country undertaking a range of projects from small residential alterations, large residential new builds, educational facilities, DOC huts, hospitals, dairy factories, laboratories & high-rise additions.

 

Grant’s recent activity has seen him manage a small successful Design & Draughting practice bringing their design & documentation skills to a level held in high regard by the local councils and clients in a very short period of time.

 

Grant has now established RAD and with him comes all that experience creating a boutique architectural studio specialising in bespoke alterations, additions and new builds for both residential and commercial clients.
