Grant has over 30 years experience including over 20 years with large reputable multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering practices working along side some of the best Architects & Technicians in the country undertaking a range of projects from small residential alterations, large residential new builds, educational facilities, DOC huts, hospitals, dairy factories, laboratories & high-rise additions.

​Grant has now established Rayner Architectural Design Ltd and with him comes all that experience creating an award winning boutique architectural studio specialising in bespoke alterations, additions and new builds for both residential and commercial clients.
